Welcome to the General Terms and Conditions of radroller.hu. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order. By using this website and placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com. The GTC may be updated from time to time. The changed conditions apply only to orders placed after the change. If you would like us to delete all your personal information from our system, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

In our webshop, the gross price of the products is indicated, i.e. our prices include the VAT required by law. (Our prices are fixed prices, from which we do not offer any further discounts, except for promotions and coupon promotions indicated on the product data sheet or elsewhere.
Products and services available for purchase
Our product range includes health, sport and leisure products and training for individuals. You can buy the products and, in the case of training courses, the tickets for participation in our webshop.
The images shown on the product data sheets may differ from the real ones, in some cases they are used as illustrations. We shall not be liable for any unannounced changes to the technical specifications due to the manufacturer or for reasons beyond its control.
The products we sell do not cure diseases. Consult your doctor / physiotherapist before using them. Use them as intended, responsibly!
How to order
- Add the product you want to buy to the shopping cart
- If you do not want to buy any more products, check the number of items you want to buy. You can delete a product in your cart by clicking on the “x” button next to the product. If you change the quantity you want to buy, click on the update cart button after changing the quantity.
- If you have a coupon, you can use it by entering it in the “Coupon Code” box and clicking on the “Apply Coupon” button.
- Choose a delivery method. The delivery is free of charge above HUF 20.000, below HUF 1900 (gross, if you choose courier service / HUF 1500 for delivery to parcel point).
- At Express checkout, you can click on the “BUY NOW” button to pay instantly using the easiest way (Apple Pay / Google Pay) to use your credit card through Stripe, based on your system and browser.
- After pressing the “Proceed to checkout” button, you can select your payment method and change the delivery method on the checkout page.
- On the Checkout page you can enter your Shipping / Billing and login details. If you are already registered, you can log in. (Important: You do not need to register to send your order!)*
- Accept our terms and conditions and our privacy statement by ticking the checkboxes after you have read them.
- After entering your details, you can submit your order by clicking on the “Submit order” button. By submitting an order you accept the contents of this document. But before you order, please double-check the information you have entered! Once the order has been submitted, you can modify the order details by contacting our customer service (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org).
- After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation of the receipt of the order in our system to the e-mail address you provided.
- We will always confirm your order by e-mail!
*Sending an order is possible without registration! If you want to register, in the future you will be able to log in as a registered user and immediately send your order without entering your shipping and billing details, track your orders and download your invoices! It is important to ensure that the information is accurate, as the product will be invoiced and shipped based on the information provided. You only need to register once, you don’t need to do this step for future purchases.
Please make a point of providing accurate contact details. If the e-mail address is incorrect, we will not be able to send you a confirmation of receipt of your order. If you don’t find the confirmation in the inbox folder, check the SPAM – junk mail folders as well. If the phone number is incorrect, we will not be able to contact you. Incorrect or incomplete contact details may make it impossible to fulfil your order.
Processing of orders
We reserve the right to reject orders that have already been confirmed, in whole or in part. Partial fulfilment will only take place after agreement with the customer! In this case, if the purchase price of the product is paid in advance, the amount will of course be refunded to the sender. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after sending your order, we recommend you check your SPAM folder in your mail system. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us using the contact details provided.
Our webshop orders are delivered domestically by ExpressOne courier service. Parcels are delivered within 1-5 working days of order confirmation, during the day, between 8am and 5pm. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to enter a work address as the delivery address (if available). If you have provided your phone number when ordering, you will be notified by SMS before delivery.
Please inspect the parcel before the courier delivers it and, if you notice any damage, ask for a report to be made and do not take delivery. We are not able to accept subsequent, unrecorded complaints!
For orders within Hungary the delivery is FREE of charge for orders over HUF 20.000. Important: you must select the free shipping method in the Shopping Cart tab! No handling or packaging charges will be added to the delivery charge.
Please note that by submitting your order, you will incur a payment obligation. It may seem obvious, but please only order if you can pay the fee! The parcel will only be handed over once payment has been received.
You have the following payment options:
- Paypal | Payment by credit card or Paypal balance
PayPal is one of the most widely used methods for secure online payments in the world. During the transaction you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can pay via an encrypted transaction. A huge advantage is that the online store (in this case us) does not have any form of access to the card or the data, number or expiry date of the account behind it. - Barion | Payment by credit card
or Barion wallet balance. In this case, online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. The credit card details are not passed on to the merchant (i.e. us) in this case either. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. institution supervised by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, licence number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
- Stripe | Pay by credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay with Stripe.
In this case, credit card details can be entered in the webshop interface, but online credit card payments are made through Stripe. The merchant (i.e. us) will not receive the credit card details in this case either! The information you provide in the webshop interface is sent directly to Stripe via an encrypted channel without being stored. You can find more information about Stripe here.
- Cash on delivery
In the case of cash on delivery, the total amount of the order – the product(s) and the delivery charge – must be paid to the courier on receipt of the parcel. The final amount to be paid is included in the order summary and delivery confirmation letter. Unfortunately, you will only be able to pay the courier in cash.
- Advance payment
If you wish to pay in advance, please select the Delivery/Payment method accordingly when ordering! If you choose to pay in advance, we will send you a request for payment after the order has been processed, including the gross total amount to be paid and our bank account number. Once the payment is received, the ordered products will be delivered to the courier.
Our company uses e-invoices, so they are sent by e-mail after delivery and payment.
It’s simple: alifetime guarantee. If any RAD product ever fails (and it is due to a manufacturing defect and the product is still in production), we will replace the defective product. If you are one of the few people who have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contactus immediately so that you can spend as few days as possible without RAD.
The right of withdrawal/cancellation
within 14 days or have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason.
The withdrawal/cancellation period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

You will exercise your right of withdrawal/cancellation within the time limit if you send the withdrawal/cancellation notice before the deadline indicated above. Please note that the onus is on the consumer to prove that the provisions of Article 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. Regulation 20. § exercised its right of withdrawal and termination in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
Legal effects of withdrawal/cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, to our great regret, we will refund all the consideration you have paid, including carriage costs, without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree to a different payment method; you will not be charged any additional fees for using this refund method. We may withhold a refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that you have returned it: whichever is earlier.
You must return or give us the product without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after the date of your notice of withdrawal. The deadline is considered met if you send the product before the 14-day deadline. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
You can only be held liable for depreciation in the value of a product if it has been caused by use beyond the use necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
The data of the webshop, operating under the domain radroller.hu, is provided by BFour Innovative Tools Kft. (Data Management Notification No: NAIH-119595/2017.) The provision of data is voluntary and requires the consent of the data subject. The provision and processing of the data is necessary for the fulfilment of the order in order to ensure that orders can be separated from each other and their contents can be identified. The data controller shall use the data provided 2001. in accordance with the provisions of Act CVIII of 2006. It will do its utmost to ensure their security and integrity and will treat them in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection and Public Interest Data Protection Act 1992. LXIII. acts in accordance with the law. The delivery data provided will be used by our delivery partner, ExpressOne Kft. to find out how to deliver your parcel.

In the case of different shipping and billing addresses, this information can be provided separately for billing and shipping.
After placing your order, you will receive a few emails from us about changes to the status of your order, your account, and then product tracking. These are designed to enhance your user experience. If you have not subscribed to our newsletter, you will not receive any other correspondence from us for more than one month after your purchase. If you think that’s too much for you, you’ll find an unsubscribe option at the bottom of every letter.
Data to be entered when registering (registration is not required to shop in the online store, but by registering you can retrieve your orders later, you can simply re-order the products. For orders associated with a registered account, the following data will be recorded – stored:
- previous purchases (ID, order date, total amount, order status, list of products ordered)
- favorite products (if after registration you have entered and placed among your favorites products)
- registration login data (password encrypted), possibility to modify billing and shipping data, previously provided data
Data required to subscribe to the newsletter: name, e-mail address
The data recorded during the order process will be used by BFour Innovative Tools Kft. use it to fulfil your order. The data of the invoice generated by each IT system from the order placed on the webshop’s pages, together with the data provided during the ordering process, are recorded and stored for the period specified in the current Accounting Act (5 years). You may request the deletion or modification of your data at any time by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting one of our customer service contacts. The data will be deleted within 10 working days of receipt of the request. Data entry errors can be corrected before the order is sent. After submitting your order, you can request the correction of data entry errors by contacting our customer service.

We shall not be liable for any damage resulting from inaccuracies or omissions in the brochures, descriptions or instructions for use of the products. In case of such a complaint, please contact the manufacturer of the product!
Use of the webshop implies knowledge and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance and errors that may occur. The operator of the webshop is not liable for any damage caused by or in connection with the connection to the webshop. It is your responsibility to assess how to protect the data stored on your computer from intruders. The webshop operator cannot be held liable for any fraud committed by a third party at the expense of a participant.
RAD products will not cure any of your diseases. Consult your doctor or physiotherapist before use.
