RAD Roller
Price range: € 40,0 through € 43,0
The RAD Roller is the most versatile massage tool designed to mobilise the muscles adjacent to the spine as effectively as possible, without putting excessive pressure on the spinal column.
Moreover, this innovative device can massage almost all the muscles of the body in three dimensions (not just in a straight line), deep down to the deep fascial layer.
Made from patent-pending, 100% medical-grade silicone, RAD Roller can be used anywhere: on your back, at the office, on your thighs and at the gym, on your neck and in the car, on your forearms and at home.
Small, precise, portable. Now you don’t need anyone else when you want a good massage.
* Also available in XL size if you’re a really big person (180+ cm) or use it mainly for the lumbar region.

Get ready for a big change
Effortless posture, elevated
Does it sometimes feel difficult to keep your back straight? It shouldn't be a strain. If it doesn't come easily, some muscle tension might be holding you back. No problem. Spend 5 minutes a day on the RAD Roller, and you'll regain your natural, relaxed, and upright posture.
MASSAGE ROLLERS CAN'T DO THIS
We love foam rollers… but there are areas they simply can't reach, like between the shoulder blades. That's exactly what the RAD Roller was designed for. It helps release tension and pain in this hard-to-reach area. You'll feel like your neck is weightless, and your natural, upright posture will return.
INSTANT RELIEF
Feeling tension in your back or neck? It's common. Often, the joints along the spine don't get the movement they need. The RAD Roller is designed to fit precisely into these joints, helping to specifically release tension – whenever you need it.
WHAT AFFECTS HOW INTENSE IT FEELS?
Contact surface size: Smaller contact area = deeper, more intense sensation. Larger surface = more even, diffused pressure. This explains why tools of the same firmness can feel different.
The surface you're working on: The sensation is softer on a soft carpet, firmer on the floor. If something feels too intense, try it on a carpet.
Muscle tension: Even a softer tool can feel intense on particularly tight muscles. That's okay—it indicates that area needs the work.

DO I NEED THE XL?
The XL RAD Roller is primarily designed for larger individuals. If you're over 180 cm, you might want to consider using the RAD Roller XL. All of them will work, but the XL will likely be more comfortable for you. All the same, if you're a smaller frame, the XL works great for the lower back because of it's larger height.
BUT WHICH HARDNESS SHOULD I CHOOSE?
If you want to use it mainly on your neck and shoulders, go for the soft one. If you mainly use it on your legs, go for the black one. If you're not sure, or want a general purpose one, go for the regular version. Remember: it's easy to "soften" the tool if you're using it on a softer surface, but difficult to "harden".
WHAT GUARANTEE APPLIES TO THE PRODUCTS?
So-called lifetime guarantee. This means precisely that we provide a continuous guarantee for the products for as long as the production of the product is not stopped. This only applies to manufacturing defects. So if you have a RAD Roller that breaks after, say, 3 years, you let us know and if the break is due to a manufacturing defect, we'll send you a new Roller.
DO THE PRODUCTS CURE ANY DISEASE?
No. These products - although they are health aids - and they help to regain/improve our mobility and flexibility (even with very spectacular results), they do not cure a specific disease.
WHAT ARE THE CONTRAINDICATIONS?
- Severe osteoporosis. (If you have mild osteoporosis, consult your doctor.)
- Breakage.
- Cancer.
- Around open wounds.
- On parts of the body with oedema and haematoma.
- If you are pregnant, consult your doctor or physiotherapist.
IF I AM NOT HEALTHY, CAN I USE THE PRODUCTS?
It depends on what the problem is. If you have cancer, you should not use them. If you just have a cold, feel free. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or ask our physiotherapist for advice.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THEM?
Preferably every day. The effect of manual therapy is permanent if it is used regularly. Experimental results have shown that at least 2 weeks of therapy is recommended for long-term results.
HOW LONG SHOULD A TREATMENT LAST?
5-10 deep breaths are enough for each position.
WHAT DO I NEED TO FEEL TO KNOW I'M DOING IT RIGHT?
You will feel a slight pain during the treatment. A little more severe pain in the worse resections and sensitive nodules (trigger points). However, it is important to remember that it is not good if it hurts too much. If you trigger too much pain, your body's defence mechanism kicks in and you involuntarily contract your muscles, which is exactly the opposite of your goal (to relax your muscles).
WHEN WILL I FEEL THE EFFECTS OF THE EXERCISE?
Contact us using the contact details at the top of the page or by filling in the contact form. You can also call our physiotherapist directly at +36309895315.
HOW CAN I ASK FOR HELP IF I AM UNSURE?
Right after the treatment. In some cases, the change in mobility and flexibility will be very spectacular. Any pain you may be experiencing will also be reduced almost immediately. However, the effects of a single treatment wear off relatively quickly. Long-term change can be achieved through regular use.
DO I NEED TO MOVE AFTER AN SMR TREATMENT?
You don't have to, but if you want to permanently increase your range of motion, it's a good idea to do mobilisation exercises to lock in your newly acquired range of motion.
SOFT GREEN
Use the softer green version for a gentler touch, or for upper body treatment where strong intensity isn't needed.
MEDIUM BLUE
Honestly, the original is perfect for everything. Use it all over your body, from your neck to your feet.
INTENSE BLACK
The firm roller provides the most intense massage. Ideal for lower body areas such as the feet, hips, and hamstrings.
SOFT XL
A slightly larger size for larger body types. If you are 6'2" (188 cm) or taller, this roller is for you.
Relax. Softens. Repeat.
In fact, all body movement starts at the spine and then moves towards the outer line of the body. This means that even if your back doesn't hurt, pain elsewhere in your body could easily originate in your spine. So if you want to move with ease, you shouldn't neglect your neck and back!
In addition to the muscles alongside the vertebrae, the RAD Roller can also be effectively used around the hip joint, on the calves, IT bands, feet, arms, deep tissues of the neck and back, and even the pectoral muscles.
BEFORE
AFTER
5 minutes a day. It's that simple.
We want your back and neck to feel light – like a perfectly balanced stack of stones. Light as a feather. 5 minutes a day is enough to free your back and return to your natural, upright posture.
Anyone can roll
Athletes, office workers, home workers, truck drivers and many others use the patent-pending RAD Roller every day to free up their soft tissues and joints. The RAD Roller is one of the few products that fits comfortably in the gap under the shoulder blade and relieves tension in the back and chest, making breathing easier. It really feels liberating.
THE HUMAN TESTRE by design
Did you notice the gap in the middle of the Roller? This gap is the reason why the tool does not move the spinal column, but only works where it's supposed to: on the muscles next to the spine. The Roller, although it can be used almost anywhere on the body, is designed primarily to treat the following problems:
- Negligent maintenance
- Upper back pain
- Tight hips
- Shoulder pain
- Mobility problems
- Muscle tension
- Fascial pain
- Smaller muscle groups
