The Muscle-Shearing Kit is one of the most unique solutions in the RAD system: it doesn’t twist by its shape, but creates a true tissue-shearing effect during use.

The essence of the technique is that the RAD Rod, when inserted into the RAD Atom, becomes a lever. While lying on the Atom, you perform a controlled rotating movement with the Rod – this way, you not only apply pressure but also controlledly shear the muscle tissue and fascia.

This mechanism creates an effect that cannot be achieved with a traditional roller or ball.
