RETURN / WITHDRAWAL

If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your shipment from RAD Roller Hungary, you may cancel your purchase. Send us back the product you ordered and we will refund the price.

The following legislation sets out your right:

According to the regulation of the “Government Decree No.17/1999 (II.5.) No.45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses”, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the ordered product without giving any reason, and return the ordered product. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer does not bear any costs other than the cost of returning the product, but the business may claim compensation for material damage resulting from improper use.

The trader will refund the purchase price of the product and the delivery costs incurred at the time of purchase to the consumer immediately after the product is returned, but within 14 days at the latest, in accordance with the Government Decree.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must do so within 30 days of receipt of the product by contacting us (by post, email or telephone), preferably in writing. For notifications by post, the date of posting will be taken into account, and for telephone notifications, the date of the telephone call will be taken into account. If you are sending by post, please make sure you send your letter by registered mail, as this is the only way to confirm the date of posting. It is important that the product is dispatched or handed over to a courier service within 14 days of the date of the notice of withdrawal. The cost of returning the product will need to be covered by you. Pay particular attention to the proper use of the product, as the Customer is liable for any damage resulting from improper use. For environmental reasons, please keep the original packaging and return the product in it if possible. (Damage to or absence of packaging does not affect the right of withdrawal.)

If you are returning a product because it is faulty or damaged, please let us know.

The return procedure

Report the return in writing to [email protected] . Pack the product safely and send it back to our shop’s address: Jókai u. 14., Zalaegerszeg, 8900, Hungary.

Product exchange procedure

Submit your request for a product exchange – stating the reason and what you want to exchange – in writing to [email protected]. Please also let us know where we can send a courier to collect the new product and return the old one. We will also need your phone number where the courier can look for you before delivery.

Refund

After the product is returned, we will check its condition and refund the purchase price of the product and the shipping costs paid at the time of ordering to the bank account provided by the Customer within 14 days. Please provide the details required for the refund – a name and bank account number – by email or in writing in the returned parcel. If you paid by credit card, you will also receive a refund to your credit card.

Non-received cash on delivery parcel

In the case of an unclaimed parcel, the return fee is charged to the customer. If you wish to have your parcel re-delivered, the delivery fee will be charged again.
