RAD Atom is a large, extra hard massage ball that is ideal for treating larger muscle groups such as shoulders, glutes and adductors.<\/span> Its design allows for deep, controlled self-massage to help release muscle tension and promote recovery.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Self-contained use:<\/strong> The RAD Atom is an effective tool in itself and is recommended primarily for massaging larger muscle groups. Due to its size, the pressure exerted by the Atom is not as intense as with a smaller massage ball. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Combined use with the RAD Rod:<\/strong> by passing the RAD Rod<\/a> through the centre of the Atom, a precision tensioning device is obtained, allowing deeper, controlled pressure and more effective mobilisation of fascial tissues.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
